I am learning backbend we i arch on floor i feel great pain in my lower back i can not stand in arch for 5sec?

i lie on floor trying to do bridge when i do arch i feel pain in my lower back can to concentrate to do the backbend feel afaird stop immediately please help me i really need to do the back bend

You are not flexible enough. That type of pain is unsafe. Try stretching and warming up those muscles for about 15 minutes each day. You should be able to do it in no time.
